learn some great tips for making bread, from kneading and proving your dough and making your own selection of bread rolls to take home.
Once a month our junior chefs learn how to prepare a dish from setting up their equipment to measuring, mixing, presentation and tidying up afterwards. Gaps in the cooking action are filled with food related craft or games and the opportunity to taste/try new things.
