Spring time cooking – Swiss & Spring rolling! Baking & basting – lots of fun..& challenges.
Once a month our junior chefs learn how to prepare a dish from setting up their equipment to measuring, mixing, presentation and tidying up afterwards. Gaps in the cooking action are filled with food related craft or games and the opportunity to taste/try new things.
