Swiss Roll

Ingredients: 85 grams self raising flour 3 large eggs 115 grams caster sugar Few drops of vanilla extract Pinch salt Filling – Approx. half jar of jam / lemon curd / cupful blueberries. Method: Preheat the oven to 190’C Prepare a 33 x 23 baking tin by lining it with baking parchment.
