Teenage Classes


Duke of Edinburgh Awards Life Skills We offer courses which meet the criteria to achieve the  Life Skills section of the Bronze, Silver or Gold awards. We can run the course in your own home with yourself or a small group of friends and we also offer group D of E courses at venues across Surrey and South London.   ‘Off –  to – Uni’ Classes Our ‘off-to-uni’ classes teach you easy and delicious recipes in a fun and sociable environment. During this course you will learn how to make meatballs with a rich tomato sauce, chocolate self-saucing pudding, meal-in-a-mug with many variations, easy snack ideas to snatch on the way to lectures etc. Our recipes have been tested by uni students and consider your budget, time and limited equipment – and last but not least how much we can pack nutrition into all of this!     8:00 am - 5:00 pm

A four module course comprising of 8 recipes, to be completed over 8 weeks.  These basic dishes and versatile accompaniments will help your kids to survive away from home or give you a night off in the kitchen. Vegetarian and Vegan options available.   (more…)
